The Polaroid battery grip allows you to seamlessly interface with your camera to provide full control of all key features from shutter release to scene select (depending on camera model). The Polaroid battery grip combines a backlit LCD display and a IR remote + interferometer. The Canon 5D MKII, 7D, 550D / T2i, and 60D / T3i camera models all have a Polaroid battery grip with their name on it.
Expect to fork out around $90 for the Polaroid batter grip, and the IR remote to look different on some models.
