Shop Terms and Conditions

Important: Our products are produced on demand by our fulfilment partner, Printful. Please read these Terms carefully before ordering, as this affects our returns, exchanges, and cancellation policies.

1. About Our Products

Cinescopophilia sells branded merchandise under The Crew Collection — apparel and accessories featuring film industry and Cinescopophilia designs — produced on a print-on-demand basis through Printful, Inc.

Each item is manufactured specifically for your order. Products are not held in stock and are produced after your payment is confirmed.

2. Ordering

By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian
• The information you have provided is accurate and complete
• You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) inclusive of GST for Australian customers. International customers are shown prices in their local currency where supported — US customers will see prices in USD. The GST component applies to Australian orders only. International customers are not charged Australian GST.

We accept payment via PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Payment is processed at the time of order. Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their own country.

4. Cancellations

Because each product is made to order, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been submitted and payment confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including size, colour, and shipping address.

5. Production and Dispatch

Orders are forwarded to Printful for production typically within 1 business day of payment confirmation. Production times are generally 2 to 7 business days depending on the product and current demand.

Dispatch times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by Printful’s production schedule or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping is handled by Printful using their nominated carriers. Estimated delivery times from dispatch are:

• Australia: 5 to 10 business days
• United States: 5 to 10 business days
• Rest of World: 10 to 20 business days

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control.

Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.

7. Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at cinescopophilia.com/contact/ We will investigate with Printful and their carrier on your behalf.

We are not responsible for orders that are undelivered due to an incorrect address provided at checkout. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.

8. Size and Fit

Size guides are available on each product page. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection.

Measurements provided are approximate. Minor variations in sizing between garments and print placement are normal for print-on-demand products and do not constitute a fault.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because our products are made to order we do not accept change-of-mind returns. However, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded.

We will replace or refund if:	We cannot accept a return for:
The item arrives damaged or defective	Change of mind
The wrong item or size was sent	Incorrect size ordered by the customer
The print quality is significantly below standard	Minor print placement variation (normal for POD)
The item does not match the product description	Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

To request a return or replacement, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at cinescopophilia.com/contact/ with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

10. Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

11. Fulfilment Partner — Printful

Cinescopophilia uses Printful, Inc. as its print-on-demand fulfilment partner. When you place an order, your name, address, email, and order details are shared with Printful solely for the purpose of production and shipping.

Printful is headquartered in the United States. By placing an order you consent to your information being transferred to and processed by Printful in accordance with their privacy policy at printful.com/policies/privacy.

12. Tools and Calculators — Disclaimer

Cinescopophilia provides free tools including the Recording File Size Calculator. These tools are provided for informational purposes only. Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE).

Data published in our tools is sourced from publicly available manufacturer documentation and is believed accurate at the time of publication. Camera and recorder specifications change without notice. Always verify specifications against your camera’s current official documentation before a critical shoot.

Cinescopophilia accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or costs arising from reliance on tool output or from purchasing decisions made based on calculator results. 13. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, logos, and branding featured on Cinescopophilia merchandise are the property of Cinescopophilia or are used with appropriate permission. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any of our designs for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

All content on cinescopophilia.com including articles, images, tools, and video content is copyright Cinescopophilia unless otherwise stated.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cinescopophilia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of products or from use of our website or tools. Our total liability in relation to any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

15. Privacy

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on our website. Changes take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the Shop after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
