Sony have released a promotional video for their PMW-100 XDCAM camera. Sexy and sleek it looks like a promo backdrop runner destined for NAB screens. The video does show off the newly developed 1/2.9-inch “Exmor” CMOS sensor that sits up front in the Sony PMW-100 camera. Also shown off in the video are the PMW-100 cameras flip out 3.5 inch 352×480 screen, recording device with an out on the job laptop workflow choice and a range of I/O port interfaces that the camera stacks at the back.
