Techno Archeology is the art of preserving our technical heritage and in California’s Silicon Valley at an abandoned McDonald’s building right next to a decommissioned nuclear warhead they are recovering the original images taken by the first lunar orbiter missions.


Veritasium took a tour of the old Macca’s housing the first shots of earth from the moon, and get a look see as to how the old tapes are going to be transferred into the digital age.
