Recently I had the pleasure of being one of the first people invited to play with the TDC-1 Stereoscopic 3D Rig Controller from Today 3D. The TDC-1 controller allows remote control of the lens Focus, Iris, and Zoom (FIZ) for both passive and active production of dynamic 3D imagines.
The TDC-1 controller is designed to allow for automatic calibration to dramatically reduce operator prep time. The controller is also designed with a two point calibration technology thus needing only a single touch and avoiding unnecessary and repetitive operations.

In addition to the remote control of the FIZ the TDC-1 is also capable of precise control of the IO and convergence. The TDC-1 is available as a wired or wireless hand held unit system and can control up to 8 motors at a time, so you can select the number of channels based on your production needs.
