Bryan Harvey and Panasonic look at putting an anamorphic lens on the GH4 camera and adding V-Log L.

Thanks to an exciting new firmware development, the Panasonic LUMIX GH4 Mirrorless Camera can now record anamorphic video content to create a classic Hollywood cine effect. A software upgrade has also been released, enabling recording in V-Log L to achieve even higher dynamic range. In this video, director Brian Harvey shows how he anamorphic lens and V-Log L in his film production.

Firmware update Ver. 2.1 allows an anamorphic lens to be used when recording with the GH4, while the purchase of Upgrade Software Key DMW-SFU1 (and the firmware update Ver.2.4) allows V-Log L video recording.
