From Max Rottersman

First few days with the Nebula 4000.

Important things I learned.

1.) The Nebula comes “unbalanced” so you must first learn to balance each axis using the camera weight and then you must get the camera accurately centered on each 3 of it’s centers of gravity.

2.) Don’t press the button for a LONG PRESS because the logic board may be set to clear all the settings and then you’ll have to spend a lot of time looking on the web (as of this writing) for the factory settings that best work with this stabilizer.

3.) You want, almost must, have a way of connecting it to your computer to run the software where you can configure the PID settings. Or you can connect through an Android phone and Bluetooth. I’m still learning!…
