Packlite is an intuitive and compact camera bag that adjusts to any situation.

Tenba is announcing the national launch of Packlite Travel Bags, the world’s first packable, self-stowing camera bag. Packlite bags can be easily stored inside larger camera bags, backpacks and rolling cases, or utilized separately when a smaller bag is desired. Photographers and filmmakers can now have a versatile pack which can adjust to any situation.

“Every photographer and filmmaker has been there; you’re carrying two cameras and six lenses in a large bag, and you wonder, ‘How can I dump most of this and just carry a camera with two lenses?” says Peter Waisnor, Vice President of Tenba. “Packlite Travel Bags give you that option, without taking up any space or adding weight to your larger bag.”

Tenba Packlite

Packlite bags provide an innovative solution to carrying large camera systems by providing a compact bag that can easily be pulled out separately. With four sizes to choose from, Packlite bags can carry a wide range of items. From the smallest mirrorless camera systems in the Packlite 7, to a pro body with a 70-200mm f/2.8 in the Packlite 13, these bags provide an easy solution for any need. In addition, each bag fits a corresponding Tenba BYOB padded camera insert to provide necessary protection as well as dividing pockets.

Packlite bags are built with durable, water-repellent silicone-coated ripstop nylon, strong enough to withstand any outdoor adventure. The bags also feature a quick access YKK® zipper, reinforced stitching and a mesh side pocket for a water bottle. If not in use, the bag can be packed up entirely into the side pocket to be stowed away or clipped to the outside of a larger bag.
