K-Tek, known throughout the professional audio industry for award-winning microphone boom poles, accessories and audio equipment bags, introduces three new boom poles.
To fulfill the needs of boom pole operators who require a pole with more reach and a shorter collapsed length, K-Tek introduces the K225 Klassic Boom Pole. Continuing the legacy of the original K-Tek Boom Poles, the K225 offers lightweight high-density graphite tubing, dimpled aluminum collars, and a captive collet design. It is available in an uncabled and a cabled side-exit XLR model. The cabled XLR version features a newly designed, low profile, right-angle connector at the top for quick access. A popular side-exit XLR is on the bottom. This versatile 6-section pole extends from 4’ 10” to 18’ 8” (147cm to 569cm) and weighs just 2.9 pounds (1.2kg). List price starts at: $705.
